Site and Compliance Manger Job Description

St Columba's Catholic Boys' School is looking to appoint a Site & Compliance Manager. The core purposes of the role is to support teaching and learning through the management and development of the school site and premises, ensuring statutory compliance, Health & Safety and effective FM in line with DfE Good Estate Management for Schools guidance.

The postholder will oversee PPMs, introduce computerised compliance and facilities management systems, monitor contractor performance and site improvements, manage projects, all whilst promoting a safe, secure, well-maintained and fully compliant learning environment.
